thanks for a great service!!! my house was broken into while i was at work. i returned home and was scared. i immediatly called a locksmith company to change my locks. i needed to know that i have better secured locks on my door. i did not want to risk having this happen again. the locksmith company arrived within 15 minutes of my call. they were able to meet my needs and change my locks. they were fast, reliable, and understanding. i would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Great company!
They re-keyed the exterior and a few interior locks on my elderly grandmother's home after her keys disappeared. The technician arrived very quickly, and he helped save her some money by re-keying instead of replacing the locks. She commented that he was very nice and very professional. - John

To Whom it may Concern in Management: I will always use your serve, the Locksmith service was great & your customer service rep was very nice and supportive.
I found your serve in google maps and looked at your website,its was the closer one to my address, I then filled out all the info to make an appointment. In no time one of your dispatchers called me back ( & I thought that I would have to call you...'cause most of the times that's what happens).

You need to know that Just because there's an emergency to get into someone's house doesn't mean the customer will accept any type of treatment, it was already stressful enough being locked out with my wife and child in the hospital; that's why I'm appreciating your Customer service's management that knows how.
